History
The Manufacturing Process Laboratory is a laboratory that was established in 2011 with the aim of providing learning for industrial engineering students regarding the basic techniques of making products that can be mass-produced. This laboratory has one Haas CNC Milling Machine, Haas CNC Turning Machine, Conventional Milling Machine, Conventional Turning Machine, and 4 Advanced Engraving CNC Milling Machine which are supported with a complete work area and 5 Haas Simulator. The Safety and Health Work implementation that is always improved in the manufacturing process laboratory makes it a pilot project for job security systems that starts in the odd semester of 2017/2018.
Products that have been produced by this laboratory, including special nuts with mass production systems that use CNC (Computer Numerical Controller) techniques by using Haas CNC Turning Machine, 50 riser bow to carry out lab work using Haas CNC Milling Machine, and also 15 pieces of stirling machine which are also supported in bulk using two machines namely Haas CNC Milling Machine and Haas CNC Turning Machine and also supported by bench work.
